2. Hosting

The Site is hosted by Scaleway SAS, a French company with registered office at 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France — scaleway.com. Static assets are served from Scaleway infrastructure in the European Union (region fr-par).

3. Intellectual property

3.1 Source code

The source code of the brand-icons project (library, tooling and this documentation site) is released under the MIT license. Users are granted permission to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions stated in that license. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

3.2 Brand assets

The brand icons, logos, names and trademarks shown on the Site or distributed through the library remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their inclusion is intended for purposes of identification and reference (nominative fair use) and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. Brand owners may refer to Brand owners for the takedown procedure.

4. Liability

Bryan Berger makes reasonable efforts to keep information published on the Site accurate and up to date but offers no guarantee as to its completeness or availability, and disclaims responsibility for:

• direct or indirect damage to hardware or software resulting from access to the Site;
• any misuse of information published on the Site;
• content imported or referenced by third parties without authorization.

The publisher reserves the right to remove, at any time and without prior notice, any content that violates applicable French law, and to pursue civil or criminal action against any person posting illegal, defamatory or infringing material.

5. Personal data

The Site is a static documentation website. It does not collect any personal data, does not require an account, and does not run any analytics, tracking or fingerprinting solution. No personal data is stored, processed or transmitted to third parties by the Site itself.

Requests sent by email (e.g. to contact@bryanberger.dev) are processed solely to respond to the sender and are not used for any other purpose. Under the French Loi Informatique et Libertés and the EU GDPR, you may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of any personal data you have sent by email, by writing to the same address.

6. Cookies

The Site does not install any cookie, local storage or similar tracking technology for advertising or analytics purposes. The only client-side storage used is a single key persisting the user's theme preference (light / dark), set locally by the browser and never transmitted to any server.

7. External links

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites (brand owners' websites, GitHub, package registries, etc.). Bryan Berger has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices or availability.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Site or to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to any mandatory rule of consumer protection law applicable to the user.
